If you want to send an e-invoice to a customer in Malaysia you will need to verify your identity with the Malaysian government for safety reasons. This process is known as 'Know Your Customer' or KYC.

Create the document

A valid proof of identity for this process is a excerpt from the business registry or a document where you assign Billit as your Access Point or Service Provider:

Save this document as a PDF and make sure the term '_kyc_' is part of the file name. This way, Billit will automatically detect your file as a KYC document. For example: TESTMY_kyc_.pdf

Now go to your company profile in Billit and upload the PDF under attachments
