Q: The QR code doesn't appear on my invoices after activating the connection.
Check via Settings > Corporate style > Invoice if the unique key $Order.PaymentQR$ has been added to your invoice lay-out. The location of this key will determine where the QR code will be shown on your invoice.
Q: Can my customer make or receive any payment amount with the Payconiq by Bancontact app?
A: There are different limits for mobile payments via a QR code with the Payconiq by Bancontact app. If your customer has a bank account with Belfius, BNPPF, ING, KBC, CBC or KBC Brussels which is linked to the app, the bank will determine the payment limits. Consult the terms and conditions of the bank. If your customer has connected a different bank to the app, there will be a payment limit of € 500 per day. More information
